Plastic / synthetic roofing tiles are manufactured from blends of new and recycled plastic materials. The raw materials include UPVC powder, CaCO3, CPE, PE-WAX, Stearic acid , Compound stabilizer, ACR, paraffin，and ASA granules. The design and process create the roof tile products that are superior to all presently employed roofing products.

Our machine has high quality, reliable working, with capacity of 3000m²/24hr with 2.5mm thickness.
