All the machines has one year guarantee after putting into production, but no more than 15 months after shipment. We will take responds within 24 hours after getting feedback. For domestic customer, our engineer will arrive at customer’s factory to solve the fault in 48 hours. For overseas customers, our local agent or service center will supply the service, or we will send our engineers to their factory in soonest time.

After the equipment goes out of guarantee period, we will also supply life-long service and spare parts with best price.

We supply whole set of operation manual, including spare parts list, safety operation instruction, maintenance instruction, electrical drawings, control program and etc.

During the installation at customer’s factory, our engineer will provide operation and maintenance training.
