1. MACHINERY UNIT:

Feeding unit: Stainless steel fabricated hopper with level sight window and dump gate.
Tangential feed port with water-cooling jacket.
Extrusion unit: Dia.25mm 28 L/D metering screw with the standard barrel.
Base material Nitralloy (38CrMoAlA) and with nitrided hardened treatment. Screw surface with Cr-plating.
Screw: for PP, PE granules
Barrel cooling unit: Air blowers 3 zones, 40W, 380V/3 phase/50Hz.
Barrel heating unit: Aluminum casting heaters 3 zones, total 2.5KW.
1 zone for flange, 1KW, 380V/3 phase/50Hz.
Thermocouple: J model thermocouple.
Temperature and pressure sensor: 1 zone for barrel.
Gear box: Surface hardened and grinding gear. Designed for long service life and low noise levels.
Power transfer unit: Rubber belt and wheels.
Motor: A.C. motor, 5.5kw, 380V/3phase/50Hz.
Protection cover: Stainless steel fabricated for extrusion unit. The others are A3 steel.
Frame: Good quality channel steel welded with optimum design safety and reliable.
Others: Manufacturer’s standard.
