PE WPC Mixer

Main characters:

1. It adopts a horizontal structure and the blades are arranged in three rows of counter-current to ensure that the mixing reaches every corner of the mixer barrel and that the material is constantly turned over during operation, so that wood powder, plastic and color powder additives can be mixed evenly in a short time.

2. The blades are made of stainless steel and machined in one piece, and the gap between the blades and the mixer inner wall is adjustable.

3. High efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction, the installed power is only 1/4 of the power of traditional mixers (the power of the traditional high mixer is 90~132KW).

4. The equipment adopts a unique human-centered design concept in its structure, which facilitates cleaning and color changing, reduces material loss, and lowers labor costs.

5. The electrical control system is combined in one control panel, and each component uses closed-loop control, which can ensure that the equipment runs automatically without manual operation one by one.
