Based on our high profession at extrusion equipment, and according to customer’s requirement, we developed extrusion lines specially for PVC ceiling panel and PVC wall panels. This high filler extruder can not only produce high quality panel products, but also lower the material cost.

Characters:

1. At the formula, it can use up to 250 parts of CaCO3.

2. Product has good quality, smooth surface and even plastification.

3. With our new technology, for single strand, our extrusion speed can be 8m/min.

Besides high CaCO3 content, our machine can also achieve high speed production. Our PVC panel extrusion line can be up to 10m/min.
