PVC Corrugated Sheet Extrusion Line

PVC/ASA corrugated roofing sheet is widely used at construction. This kind of synthetic roofing tile is made from premium grade materials. It is light weight and much stronger than the natural roof materials. These plastic roofing shingles are ideal for new or replacement roofs. They can be used over asphalt shingles or as tile roofs and for commercial applications. Using synthetic roofing tiles, roofing systems can now be built to be incredibly durable and meet all the green building requirements.

Product thickness is 2-4mm; width can be 720mm, 880mm, 1040mm or according to customer requirement.

Our machine output capacity: 3000sqm/24hr with 2.5mm thickness.

The machine consists of extruder, mould and downstream equipment. By changing moulds, this extrusion line can produce different shapes of trapezoidal corrugated sheet or round wave sinusoidal corrugated sheet.
