PVC Plantation Shutter Extrusion Line

PVC plantation shutters are a kind of PVC foamed profiles, a smart and elegant treatment for your doors and windows. The PVC shutters have the advantage of light weight, water proof, heat insulation, noise reduction and easy light control.

The vinyl shutter machine also can put aluminum core inside the profiles. By changing moulds, it can produce all kinds of window shutters and other PVC foamed profiles.

We can use SJZ51/105 or SJZ55/110 extruders. The shutters can be made with or without co-extrusion.
